The holidays are officially here! We did Turkey Day at the Crompton's which was such fun!! It was a packed house...close to 20 people party harty-ed! Then we ran over to Bremerton for a small turkey dinner with the Willcoxon clan on Saturday, and drooled over Dad's new 50 inch flat screen. (Too much football, by the way) ;)
Today we went out to Farmer Browns Christmas Tree Farm and picked out our tree! Like I said...it's officially the holiday season. Ho Ho Ho. I'm debating putting my daughter through the torture of a picture with Santa. Shall I or shall I not...?

The Big Day

Tomorrow is the much anticipated release of my (not so) secret love affair; Twilight! Be still my heart! :) I want my hubby to take me on a date to see it....but Im not sure if he is excited to be surrounded by a bunch of screaming tweens. To that I say 'Whatever!'


Im also so excited to see the new Baz Luhrmann film Australia. We all know how I feel about that beautiful place. (Love it, want to live there, etc). It's directed by the guy who made Romeo and Juliet (Leo and Claire Danes version) and Moulin Rouge! I think that means it will be gooooood!
Too many good movies to see...and to my friends going to see the midnight showing of Twilight tonight....curse you! ;) But really, do give me an honest review. I want the scoop! That means you Calley and Megan! ;)

This week we....

....went to the Auto Show in Seattle. Darby's favorite was the Audi SUV, Mommy's favorite was the Volvo XC90!

This week we....randomly found Darby's Duck Bathtub from one of my baby showers. I totally forgot about it! Darby loves it! And it quacks :)

This week we....discovered (through Daddy's expertise) that Darby is darn cute with pigtails!

This week we....watched the drama unfold on our new favorite soap opera: 'As The Laundry Turns...'

All in all, it was a good week!

Leaves&Laughs

The leaves are falling! So before the inevitable Washington rains joined us and turned the leaves into mush, we thought we would get a quick baby photo session in!

I just want to throw in that Darby is 9 months old today. She is growing so fast and Dave and I both are having so much fun seeing her little personality come through. We love you Darby girl :)
